Content Ownership

All content (art/images/animations, etc.) you create on Brush Ninja is yours to use. We do not claim ownership of any content you create. We do not have access to your content unless you share it with us. Users are responsible for the content they create with our tools.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect user data from free users. For paid members, we only store the necessary information to provide the service, including email address and payment information. Refer to our privacy policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

Support

If you encounter a problem with Brush Ninja, contact us through the contact form on the site. Premium Members have access to a priority support form in their account. For email support, we aim to reply within 3 business days, and for premium users, we strive to respond within 1 business day. Phone support is not available.

Subscriptions

Brush Ninja offers a free tier and a premium tier. The free tier is available to all users and requires no account. The premium tier is available to users who create an account and pay a monthly or annual subscription fee. The premium tier offers additional features and removes ads. The premium tier is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, and payments will be automatically taken on the selected billing schedule until cancelled. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on all subscriptions at Brush Ninja. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment; after 7 days, no refunds are offered. The free tier, requiring no user account, is available for unlimited use. Subscribers can cancel anytime, maintaining premium features until the billing period ends. Afterward, they are downgraded to a free account. Stripe handles subscriptions, and users are responsible for canceling. No refunds are provided for forgotten cancellations.

Merchandise Store
