I wanted to make something for my wife to use when she sells things online, plus I’ve seen people sharing Brush Ninja images in collage form - so I thought the two things would go together really nicely.
The app itself is technically quite simple, and it’s really easy to use, so I’m really pleased with how it came together. I also like the fact that it ties in nicely with the Comic Creator, the images can be used as pages.
Emoji Art Designer
I love pixel art, and I’ve been making emoji mazes on Twitter for a while now and with Wordle becoming so popular I thought I could combine all the different things and make something similar. So we have the Emoji Art Designer.
You can pick an emoji, any emoji, and draw things with it. There’s a few coloured square emojis that can be used for pixel art or you can combine different decorative emojis to make something unique. I think there’s a lot of potential for creativity here and I’m excited to see what people create.
For the emoji art you can export it as an image, or copy the emojis to the clipboard so that you can share them on social media.

Just for fun, I have added past newsletters to the website. I find it interesting looking through them and seeing what I wrote, and what was happening at the time. Going forward I will be keeping this up to date so that there is a permanent record of what I...
